EVO Energy specialises in the design, manufacture, and distribution of solar panel mounting hardware, including but not limited to mounting brackets, aluminium rails, mid-clamps, end-clamps, roof hooks, flashing kits, ground-mount structures, and related accessories.
Product images, 3D renderings, and photographic representations displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes and are intended to be as accurate as possible. However, actual products may vary slightly in appearance due to manufacturing processes, material batches, or photographic conditions.
EVO Energy reserves the right to modify product specifications, designs, materials, or finishes at any time without prior notice as part of ongoing product improvement. Discontinued products will be removed from the catalogue, and existing orders for discontinued items will be fulfilled or substituted with equivalent alternatives at the customer's discretion.
All prices displayed on the EVO Energy website are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) unless expressly stated otherwise. VAT at the prevailing rate will be added to your order total at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed. EVO Energy makes every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order after notifying the customer.

Orders placed through the EVO Energy website are subject to availability and confirmation. An automated order acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is considered confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation email from our team with a valid order reference number.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, parcel dimensions, and weight. EVO Energy is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs, adverse weather conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
EVO Energy offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for unused products in their original, unopened packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order reference number.

EVO Energy solar mounting products are designed and intended for professional installation by qualified solar installers. EVO Energy shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from the improper installation, misuse, or modification of its products.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, EVO Energy's total liability in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the supply of products shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.
EVO Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on the EVO Energy website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, 3D product renderings, product designs, software, code, and interactive tools — are the exclusive property of Synergistec (Pty) Ltd and are protected by South African and international intellectual property laws.
